Hey guys and girls thank you for visiting my just giving page!

On the 16th of may i am attempting to complete a Triathlon in Driffield, and i mean attempting it may be a case of stumbling and dragging my way through it!

People who know me may now have a very puzzled look on their faces as i am a complete lazy bum but the reason i am doing this is all in aid of BEAT for those of you who don't know...

beat is the leading UK charity for people with eating disorders and their families. beat is the working name of the Eating Disorders Association, and we continue to build on the strong foundations of the past 20 years of work.

Eating disorders are a serious mental illness affecting 1.6 million people in the UK. beat provides helplines for adults and young people, online support and a UK-wide network of self-help groups to help people beat their eating disorder.

beat's vision is simple: Eating Disorders will be Beaten.

This is something that is very close to my heart and i am begging everyone to please donate something anything, every little will help someone!

so please dig deep because getting up at 6, teaching and then training is killing me a little but it is all worth it knowing that this money is going to go to an amazing cause and maybe just maybe i'll have buns of steel by then, here's to hoping.
