I'm not much of a runner. I would love to be, but what my brain wants to do and what my body feels it can achieve are very different. This month is about putting mind over matter, and hopefully raising some cash along the way. 

Anyone who has suffered from depression, or has experience of a loved one suffering, knows how hard it can be. But I can guarantee there will be those in your life who are really struggling, yet you would never guess it. Charities like MIND are a lifeline for each and every one of these people, and unfortunately my family have first hand knowledge of what happens when someone feels they have absolutely no one to talk to.
