I have never run 10 miles in my life.......  This is going to be tough as the most I've done so far is 5 miles.  Please keep me motivated by donating whatever you can as all the money I receive will go to Help 4 Heroes - a VERY worthwhile charity.  I think just about everybody now knows somebody who has been affected by the ongoing wars that our troops are involved in - particularly in Afghanistan.   Our troops are incredibly brave and my 10 miles is a mere drop in the ocean to them so please dig deep to motivate me to run it all and to help our brave troops.
