I want to contribute and raise money for Get a Head , a Charity which provides support for and research into head and neck cancers.

We are doing this as a Team in memory of Mel Jaggard, a colleague who sadly passed away in 2013.

I also lost my mom in 1999 because of an aggressive form of cancer and that's why this is so important to me and I want to do something.

I'm a very beginner cyclist and this is actually my first time on a race bike, so it will be a real challenge!

Cycling from Unilever's head office in Leatherhead to Mel's home town of Gilwern in South Wales (290km) will be not easy, but I will do my best!
