Yes, I really am going to Hawaii to get up in the middle of the night just so I can run 26.2 miles... in heat... starting at 5.00 in the morning!!...

I've decided to run to support a charity called Crossroads that offers support and help for people who care for a disabled, ill or elderly person at home.
