Story
Between 7 and , I will be joining around 80 people cycling from to as part of Macmillan Cancer Support's cycling challenge to help support people affected by cancer.
We will be cycling for 4 consecutive days and covering over 470km. The event and the months of preparation and training will be tough but I am doing this to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.
It will be an extremely testing physical challenge, cycling over undulating countryside and in all weathers.
Macmillan Cancer Support provides practical and emotional support which makes a real difference to people living with cancer.
They rely on voluntary donations. If you would like to find out more information about the London to Paris cycling challenge, or the work of Macmillan, please visit http://www.macmillan.org.uk/londontoparis
I have pledged to raise a minimum of £1,400, which at least 65% of which will benefit Macmillan Cancer Support, the balance being spent on the costs of participating in the event.
100% of any sum raised over £1,400 will benefit Macmillan Cancer Support.
Many thanks; every donation made is greatly appreciated.
Andrew
