I know you normally do these before the event, but anyway:

Thanks for visiting my 'JustGiving' page! I recently took part in the Maggie's Centre Night Hike in London. It was a 20 mile hike across London at the dead of night to raise money for the amazing cancer charity started by Maggie Keswick. It is important to me for many reasons. I lost my cousin Ruth to leukemia and I did it in aid of her memory, but also for my mother, grandmother and aunt who are cancer survivors. Also for Maggie herself who has produced some amazing children who happen to be great friends of mine. Her cancer centres provide calm and reassuring palliative care for anyone suffering from or connected to cancer in any way. It is an amazing legacy.
