I know I'm mad but I decided at the last minute to do a sponsored 10 mile walk in aid of DENS this year rather than the Sleepout which is still happening.

DENS does great work with homeless peole in the Dacourum area between M25 - Tring including Hemel Hempstead, Kings Langley, Berkhampsted and surrounding villages.  In excess of 300 people are helped each year with a high level of positive results.  Your support would be great thanks.
