Like many of you visiting this site, cancer has touched mine and my family's life over the past few years.  If it has touched yours, I know something of how you are feeling whilst making this doantion.

Lately, it feels that, more and more, we hear stories of how cancer is affecting peoples lives, which is why I wanted to raise money for such a worthwhile cause. I personally know of people who have been treated by Christies and what a worthwhile job they do. Further, it is reassuring to hear that success rates are actually rising and that more and more people are surviving this horrific disease therefore the research that Christies carry out is vital to ensuring these rates continue to rise.

I hope to raise £2500 towards this very worthwhile cause by cycling from Lands End to John O'Groats and any help you can give me towards reaching this goal is very much appreciated..
