Hello everyone, I have created this page to raise money for the truly amazing Nurses at Danetre hospital that looked after my Brother in the final months of his life. No amount of money raised or thanks given will ever be able to express our family’s debt of gratitude for all their hard work, care and love given to Lee whilst in their care.
So down to the event - I have around 20 of my friends and family running the 10k in Brighton, training has begun and come rain or shine we are all hitting the parks and treadmills in preparation for the Brighton coastline in November!
So to all my wonderful friends “thank you” for running this with me as many of you never met Lee and that just shows the kind of people you are.
To everyone visiting my page please give generously for a fantastic cause that has made a huge difference and continues to make a huge difference each and every day.
The money raised will go directly to the Unit that looked after Lee and will benefit many more people in the future. It is donations from events like this that give the hospital that little bit extra in the right places of need that make the biggest difference!
Thank you all
Love Andrew.
Our aim is to raise funds in order to provide additional equipment and facilities for patients and staff at Danetre Community Hospital that cannot be provided by the NHS.
We are so grateful for the support of our local donors but the demands are so great that we need all the help we can get.
