Hi Guys,

Having not learnt my lesson last time, I have yet again been talked into entering myself into an event which, due to the level of pain and exertion, produces pictures like the one above!

I will again be dragging my carcass through the streets of London and the reason for this is two fold;

1) To raise money for the same charity I ran for before, which is the 'Child Victims of Crime'. The money raised last year was very much needed and appreciated, particularly in these current times.

2) Still using the banner for personal growth!! My intention is to complete this in under 55 mins. Last year was tough doing it in under an hour, so this year I might have gone too far.....
