In September I'll be cycling nearly 270 miles across Ireland over 3 days, raising money for the very worthwhile charity Endeavour, which provides inspiration to young people excluded from society across the UK.  Through a range of targeted programmes it helps them to take control of their future, to set and achieve goals.  Endeavour challenges young people to conquer their fears and helps them to build self confidence and self esteem.
