This Triathlon passes my home, I need to keep fit to keep up with my kids and to help me forget how old I am. 

I commute most days on my bike so barring mechanical breakdown that should be OK. In a dim and distant past I used to swim up and down every now and again and would jog if I were forced and had no other sport to play.

So why not give it a go!

And if I can raise some money for the great charity that my wife works for helping other kids everyone is a winner - no pressure!!
