Last weekend I successfully negotiated my way around the Birmingham Half Marathon.

That was the easy bit - the trick now is encouraging all my loyal friends and family to show their support by offering a few pounds for a very worthy cause - the Primrose Hospice. They are a local charity who are close to my heart as they have recently provided wonderful support for a close friend.
