Because you'll be receiving goods and services in exchange for the 'cost per head', the charges for this event technically are not eligible for Gift Aid so please make sure you complete your entry carefully.

However, if you plan to fundraise for the event (and we hope you do) then in all probability those funds will be eligible for Gift Aid so you should make a second entry (or "donation") and select Gift Aid as appropriate.
