Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I don't pretend to be much of a runner, in fact I don't really enjoy it at all but was persuaded to run the ASICS 10k race in London on the 11th July, by my good friend, Brendan. He thought that this would be good for me in more ways than one. Carole, my better half, then persuaded me to do some good for someone else instead and asked me to run for CAFOD who are dedicated to the fighting poverty and injustice in the poorest communities of the world. (www.cafod.org.uk).

So don't let my suffering be in vain and give a little, no matter how small. It is all very gratefully put to use.

Thanks

Andy
