What could be a more perfect challenge than a 100 mile cycle ride from The Golden Palace to Aberdovey (in Scotland according to my sister!) to raise money for local charities. Training has started to give me the best chance of completing the ride but I have a secret weapon involving a long stick fixed to my helmet with a pork pie suspended about 2 feet in front of me.
