Over the next 4 months I am aiming to run 4 half marathons.

The Humber half marathon (Completed 26/6/10 2hrs 18 min very slow but very hot)

The Newark half marathon (completed 8/8/10 2hrs 11 min)

The Great North Run (completed 19/9/10 2hrs 17 min) bit slow but good fun must be getting old)

and the Great Eastern Run (completed 10/10/10 2hr 25min)

I want to raise as much money as I can to support the air ambulance which is totally reliant on Voluntary donations.

Any of us, or our families could need its services at any time, so any support you can give me no matter how large or how small will be gratefully received.
