On August 6th I am joining an eager, high spirited team who are going to tackle Tough Mudder. A half marathon with extrem obsticals thrown in (as a half marathon isn't challenging enough). Why you may ask..... I did think the same, but it's for a great and very worth while charity that provides an essential service to families at the hardest and maybe worst time in their lives! If my physical pain can raise some money to help the mental and physical pain for these families then it is totally worth it! So please dig into your pocket or behind the sofa cushions and give what you can as it really does make a difference!
