Story

Update 11 June 2010:

Ok, I've now completed The Northumberland Castles Triathlon voted 'one of the 3 hardest triathlons in Britain' (1.5km swim in freezing North Sea, 42km bike & 10km very hilly run!) ANDThe New Forest Triathlon (1.1km icy swim swim at 7am followed by a 38km bike ride into the occasional hail storm plus a 10km run up a craggy hill)

As an unexpected bonus to you all I've now been persuaded to ride the Northern Cyclone on 12 June

All in aid of the Evening Chronicle Sunshine Fund to help some less fortunate kids in the North East such as Blackfriars Restaurant Manager, Liam MacDonald's son Aidan who suffers from Cerebral Palsy.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.

Any amount will be really appreciated - don't worry if it's pennies as it all helps

Many thanks

Andy
