I have decided to do this 10 mile walk with Jane and several other friends because I believe that the Hospice is such a worthy, local charity and I know of many people who have been helped by them.  They provide a really valuable service to patients and their families and deserve all the help they can get.

I have never walked this far before so it will be quite a challenge for me but hopefully the thought that lots of my friends will be with me in spirit will spur me on!
