When I first learnt that my Dad was terminally ill, I didnt, or more to the point, wouldn't  believe it :(  I went off the rails for a while, blaming everything and everyone for the hurt that I was experiencing , I spent hours and hours on the internet researching pancreatic cancer, thinking that I could  come up with a miracle cure!! , desperate to believe that he could beat this evil disease, eventually I had to come to terms with the fact that my lovely Dad was going to die and there wasn't a single thing I could do about it , at that point I became determined to raise as much money as I possibly could to help fund the research for this silent killer, so far I have done two sky dives and a 'hair' athon, each year I try and think of something to raise money, for P.C.R.F , so on Saturday 15th November 2014 I will be having all my hair shaved off,  and my brother Steve Jenkins and my husband Lee Thomas  will be having their heads shaved too, some of you may think that's a brave thing to do, but to us the brave ones are the people who lose their hair through chemo, they don't have that choice, our Dad was too ill to have chemo, bless him :) but our point is, we have our health, we're lucky....and our hair will grow back in time, but time is something that terminally ill people don't have .... So please help us reach the £1000.00 target , I know it's a long way off, but we figured the sooner we create this page, the more chance we'll have of raising the money.....

we will video the 'shaving' !! Which we hope will raise a few smiles as well as raising money :)
