My story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I have decided to take on the challenge of climbing Mt Kilamanjaro... the highest mountain in Africa! I will be leaving on 16th February, 2013.

This is not only a personal challenge for myself but it was something my daughter always wanted to do and therefore I have decided I will do it for her!

I have chosen Victim Support as my charity because since my daughter, Rebecca Coriam went missing off the Disney Wonder (www.rebecca-coriam.com), they have been a great help for myself, my family and also for my friends.

Please give your support to this fantastic cause, every donation really helps to make a difference, no matter how small. Please dont forget to Gift Aid your donation if you are a UK Tax payer.

Victim Support is the national charity for victims and witnesses of crime in England and Wales. <p> We give free and confidential help to victims of crime, their family, friends and anyone else affected. We give information, emotional support and practical help. You don't have to report a crime to the police to get our help and can get support at any time, whenever the crime happened. We are not a government agency or part of the police. <p> We have offices right across England and Wales running and co-ordinating our local services. We run the Witness Service in every criminal court to help people called as witnesses. Our Victim Supportline (0845 30 30 900) gives immediate help over the phone and puts people in touch with our local teams. <p> We also campaign for greater rights for victims and witnesses and to raise awareness.
