I have never had the courage to do such a big challenge and walking 100km is both terrifying but also exciting. I hope to raise the required amount to take part, plus more.

Being an optimist, despite having severe sciatica myself right now, I fully believe this will get sorted and my doing this walk I can lose weight and come off my anti-depressants plus I feel like I am doing something good for my father. It's really rather selfish......but if you could be so kind as to spare a few pounds that would be amazing.
