So, it's the anniversary of my being out and bald and I'm now really pleased to be a Trustee of Alopecia UK.  It would seem that my first major commitment is to 'run' 10k to help raise £10k!  Not sure how that happened!  To all my friends, you'll know how unlikely that is SO please do support my endeavours and help make a difference to the invaluable work of this great, great charity.
