Right folks, not one to turn down a challenge I have signed up with my wonderful Acre colleagues to complete Toughmudder, the 20km assault course.  This isn't some walk in the park, it's a half marathon with ice baths, electric shocks and scaling 10ft walls which for this midget will be quiet the challenge!!

So why am I doing this?  I think you would struggle to find a more deserving charity than Great Ormond Street Childrens Charity.  I challenge you to watch one of their documentaries and not be overwhelmed at the incredible work these people do every day. But this work relies on people like us to raise awareness and more importantly money to allow them to do their job.

I therefore ask you all to dig deep and help me support the incredible work they do.
