Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
After hating running for years it's become an integral part of my life. I run when I'm happy, thoughtful, overfull of energy, sad, upset or when Sarah suggests my mood could do with a run lol.
I've seen various running challenges and been inspired by those doing them, and then I found this one and have joined Team RED!
In connection with MIND the mental health charity Team RED (Run Every Day) in January- will be doing just that- running every day- whether 1k or 10k- but everyday!
I have never run every day: it'll be hard going but I promise that I will get my trainers on and move my body every day throughout January.

Running helps me and I am passionate about mental health services. MIND and other mental health charities help so many people I care about and have helped many of them to still be here- for which I am so thankful.
I've asked for sponsorship for several races before so I wasn't going to do a donations page. I was making this public to ensure I commit to the challenge!!! However as I have told friends, they have asked if they can support me and RED. So I've done this page and if you feel inspired to give any amount, I'm sure it'll keep me going when my legs are lead!
