So here we are again - time to don some scanty clothing and run around Scotland - overcoming injuries (multiple)  and practical obstacles (time) the ladies have been training hard - in both the scanty clothing and the running departments.

All in a good cause, however, and all the money we raise will go to Speyside Trust based at Badaguish Cairngorm Outdoor Centre, the wonderful people who let us enter their half marathon and for the rest of the year help children and adults with learning difficulties and other special needs enjoy 24 hour respite care and activites in the Cairngorms National Park.
