I am running in the Liverpool Women's 10K race on the 9th May 2010 to raise money for St Mary's Hospice, a charity that a dear friend and work colleague of mine has already raised a great deal of money for. I last ran in this race about 15 years ago when I was much younger & fitter - my goal is to try and finish under 1 hour so 59 minutes will do but more importantly to raise as much money possible!
