UPDATE - AT 4.28PM ON FRIDAY 11 JUNE, 23 HOURS AND 28 MINUTES AFTER WE STARTED - THE ENTIRE TEAM SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED THE NATIONAL, VERY VERY DIFFICULT, 3 PEAKS CHALLENGE;  3 ENORMOUS MOUNTAINS, HOURS OF TRAVELLING IN BETWEEN, A FEW BLISTERS, SORE JOINTS - YET FANTASTIC FUN, A FANTASTIC TEAM AND BRILLIANT SUPPORT FROM OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY.  THANK YOU ALL FOR BEING SO VERY GENEROUS

 

 ITS STILL NOT TOO LATE TO HELP US BEAT OUR REVISED, AND EVEN HIGHER TARGET OF £15K!!!...

In memory of Anne Webb who died on 11th June 1987, at the tender age of just 33 years - we are aiming to complete  the National 3 Peaks Challenge on 11th June 2010 and are aiming to raise over £10k for Cancer Research UK and Macmillan Cancer Support.

Climing to the top of the 3 highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales, may sound straight forward were it not for the 450 miles of driving, endless traffic jams, speed cameras, the fact that we are aiming to complete the challenge within 24 hours, and the fact that most of the team are well and truly past it....!!

Please give as much, or as little as you can to help us achieve our target.  Every penny of what we raise, including the contribution from the Government through Gift Aid, will go towards helping much needed cancer support in the UK.
