Richmond's Hope is a smaller lesser known (but VITAL) charity that has a big place in my heart. At a time when we were drowning in grief and confusion and misery, they were there to help and assist Little Miss Morgan, to help her accept the death of her wonderful Mummy, Drina, and somehow work through and understand the situation and her feelings, and for that I will never be able to fully repay them.

 

It is an organisation that helps children come to terms with loss of a parent, or loved one, through counselling and interactive play, art, music and many other activities.  Its ran and supported by a dedicated team of uber professionals whose warmth and desire to help humbled me.  Its such a phenominal little organisation that provides a vital service to kids who are in the midst of the terror, confusion and hurt that comes with this magnitude of loss.
