Update 13th May

The atmosphere was excellent at the Bristol 10k on Sunday, and I was lucky enough to have my own group of fans enthusiastically cheering me on. I really enjoyed the event. My official time was 53mins54secs, which I am quite happy with for my first race (proof is available at the bristol half marathon website! >CLICKY<).
