Diolch am gymryd amser i ddarllen fy nhudalen ‘JustGiving’.
Mae wedi bod yn freuddwyd gen i ers amser maith i redeg Marathon Llundain, ac o’r diwedd, yn 33 oed, mae am ddigwydd ym mis Ebrill 2011. Mae 26.2milltir yn ddiawl o bell ond yn werth pob cam a phob punt i fy elusen; The Outward Bound Trust. Mae’r gwaith caled o baratoi wedi cychwyn ac yn mynd yn dda. Diolch i bawb a fuodd mor garedig a fy noddi llynnedd, bydd yr arian yn cael ei adio i'r swm eleni. Roedd yn rhaid i mi dynnu allan llynnedd oherwydd anaf penglin ond mae popeth yn edrych a theimlo'n iawn eleni!
Mi fyswn i mor ddiolchgar petaech yn gallu fy noddi gan bod gennyf darged o £1750 (sy’n fy mhoeni yn fwy na’r marathon ei hun!). Mi fydd pob punt yn help ac yn gwneud gwahaniaeth i fywyd unigolion sydd yn llai ffodus na’r mwyafrif ohonom.
Mae hon yn ffordd saff o noddi a throsglwyddo arian, alla i sicrhau hynny.

It has always been a dream of mine to run the London marathon and finally, at the age of 33, it will happen in April 2011! 26.2miles is a bloody long way but it will be for a very worth while cause; The Out Ward Bound Trust.
Training has already started and is going well. Thanks so much to all those who donated last year, the money will go towards my total for this year. I had to pull out last year due to a knee injury but things are lookung fine this year!
I would be so grateful if you could sponsor me as I have a target of £1750 (which worries me more than the marathon itself!). Every pound will help and will make a difference to someone a little less fortunate than the most of us.
