Hi all,

As you can see i normally send most of my time lounging round watching cricket or being generally idle.  But i've decided to attempt to get myself round 21 km at the Bristol half marathon.  I'm doing this on behalf of COCO. 

COCO is a children's charity that does lots of worthwhile work with kids all over the world.  It's all about education and health for kids in the poorest parts of the world, they are a really small team that make a huge difference in lots of kids lives. 

Now the target they have set is really small, so i'm hoping that a few of you wont mind donating a few pounds so that we can help them out.  Please check out www.coco.org.uk and get involved.
