Gas Santas Complete Fun Run!

Our team of 9 from the Gas Imbalance Team committed to do the 6k Santa Fun Run in aid of Carers UK. We all got to wear a santa suit whilst running around Loughborough, being cheered on by the watching crowds. 

Some of our team are more atheletic and fit than others......it's not a race, just as well as a 6k run in snow, ice and sub zero conditions was not easy. The addition of santa trousers, jacket, beard and hat gave a welcome layer of clothes on the day and even those of us who hate hats, kept them on.

We all arrived safely at the finishing line and the photo's look suitably festive.

Carers UK is a very worthwhile charity who provide support to people with caring commitments.
