We fund research to stop prostate cancer killing men

Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit the BT Energy & Industry Sector JustGiving page.

As we have a team member who has Advanced Prostate Cancer with widespread Bony Metastases (secondary's) our Sector volunteers, Tim Passingham, Gary Yard, Dave Morrison, Neil Glasser, Vicki Hanson, Kimberley Erskine, James Lewis & Nigel Simpson,  will be running to raise funds for the Prostate Cancer Charity.

The Prostate Cancer Charity was set up in 1996 in response to the urgent need to increase investment in prostate cancer research and to raise public and political awareness of a long neglected disease. They are now the UK’s leading voluntary organisation working with people affected by prostate cancer.

Donating through JustGiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor the team as The Prostate Cancer Charity gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, JustGiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please dig deeply in sponsoring our Sector runners for this worthwhile cause.
