Story

We are 25 Boston United scholars who all take part in a college course run by Boston United FC, part of the course for some is to organise an event. We thought the best way to do this would be to do something that will raise money for charity, as a group we decided on a bike ride which will start at North Ferriby and finish at the Jakemans Stadium in Boston before kick off at Boston Uniteds last home game of the season against North Ferriby FC. The distance is around 75 miles.

We have chosen to do the event for the childrens brain tumour research centre because it is something that affects a lot of teenagers and young people. I myself have lost a close friend to a brain tumour which is another reason why we have chosen this charity. If you wish to find out more about the charity information is on this page.
