I own Barrie's baking,  Gainsboroughs only homemade fudge company and we are approaching the end of our 1st year of trading. I wanted to do something to mark the event and have chosen to raise some money for this local mental health charity. I shall be running various raffles over the coming weeks, until 31st july with the aim of raising £500 for the charity.
