Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On the weekend of the 23rd - 25th April 2010, I will be undertaking, along with seven friends, a 3 day, 15-17 miles per day, speed march in an attempt to raise money for this amazing charity. I have seen, at first hand, the work of this charity and I know from living near Selly Oak, in Birmingham, where serving men and women come to rehabilitate, that there is so much work, and therefore monies, needed to help these brave service people.
I know times are tough, and we aren't as inspirational as Mr Izzard, but please give anything that you can afford. (I'll even provide photographic proof that 'the shirt' made the walk too)!
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
So please dig deep and donate now.
Many thanks,
Barry
