Its almost time to go running. Its getting hotter and and hotter. Just geeting round will be an achievment. If anybody ever hears me say I will do it again then as Sir Steve Redgrave said "You have permission to shoot me".

I am running for the Westbourne Park Family Centre in London. They are a small centre who need all the help they can get to provide support and a place for families and children to play in the area of Westbourne Park. There are centres such as this all over London with staff providing vital support and care to familes in need. Please dig deep to help them provide vital services in their local community.

I did the Marathon in 2006 and had a bit of a nightmare kicking the curb and falling head over heals before getting up and completing the last 19 miles with a suspected broken toe! My aim this time is NOT to do this and NOT to run this amazing race in agony and to improve on my previous time of 5hr 15mins.

Please help me raise as much money as possible to help Westbourne Park Family Centre continue their community projects.
