Why EDS? - Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome is a genetic condition that affects the body's connective tissues. Since these cover over 95% of your body, there is little that escapes the symptoms. Several of Becki's longstanding friends, originally thought to be suffering from ME, were eventually diagnosed with EDS. Among them is the rower, and prospective Paralympian, Claire Connon.
