Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have set myself a 28 day challenge of covering the basics that I know help me be more of the person I want to be, I've tried doing some things like this just for me and not stuck to it for a while so I know helping others helps me, so I've decided to do it for charity! The basics mean nothing is hugely taxing in isolation, but to commit to doing for 28 days is a different story.

If you can donate anything for this fantastic charity, please do. Take a look at this list below, consider whether you'd find any of those hard to stick to for 28 days and give me some additional motivation and support by donating and leaving a message if you wish to.

The challenge (starting 22/10/2021)

DAILY MUSTS:
1. Get up 5.05am
2. Run 5K minimum
3. Cold/contrast shower
4. No phone in bed
5. Follow healthy breakfast plan (F1, PDM, tea, aloe, tablets, OAF) + protein snacks
6. Read 20 pages of a book
7. Meditate twice

MUST DO 3x per week
1. Weight training
2. Have 2nd F1 for lunch
3. Complete detailed gratitude journal

Every time I don't do one of these things I'll put £5 into the pot.

MUSTS

Document daily activity on my Instagram @beckytlcfc - even if a checklist at the end of the day - failure to do so = additional £2 added to the pot
