We fund research, provide support, campaign to bring more than hope to those affected.

Story

On the 6th of February Helen and I had a text from from our friend Nicola...."in casualty , got jaundice and pain"..... an hour later " there's a mass on my Pancreas!".

A few days later she was Informed that she had incurable Pancreatic Cancer, 2 months later on 8th April she died in her husbands arms.

We were both involved in her final days. This was without doubt the most terrible thing to see our two friends go through. We saw Nicola ravaged by the cancer changing from a fit , forthright , strong lady to a wasted helpless individual struggling to stay alive as long as she could. We saw Al tortured by her suffering, doing his very best to care for her and keep her comfortable . He did this brilliantly.

A few days after her death Al ran the London Marathon in her memory and raised a huge amount of money for our local Hospice. Now it is our turn to do something in her memory and perhaps some good can come out of all of this. So please donate if you can.

I can't believe that she has gone.

Nicky my darling  this is for you .

It’s unacceptable that more than half of people diagnosed with the deadliest common cancer die within three months. That’s why they need and deserve more. More research, more funding, more breakthroughs. More than hope. Together we’ll make that possible.
