My father died of a sudden and massive heart attack during a family holiday in Seychelles when I was 12 and a half. Sadly I couldn't help my Dad but I can help many other people out there to live longer, more fully and more healthily, including me. So I will be running the 5k Adidas Women's Challenge on Sunday 5th September 2010 in memory of my Dad, my idol. I will also be raising money for the British Feart Foundation an amazing charity tirelessly dedicated to research, support and education on heart health.
