I will be running the London 10k next month with Tim Roca. Our race is in London on Sunday 25th May.

Freedom from Torture is the only organisation in the UK dedicated solely to the treatment and rehabilitation of survivors of torture. With the ongoing civil war in Syria, this charity's work is as important as ever.
