CiCRA (Crohn’s in Childhood Research Association) is dedicated to Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis in children. It aims to create a wider understanding of the condition and raise enough funds to support medical research that will be able to find more effective treatments and an eventual cure.

I am helping to raise money for CiRCA as part of the Nine for Nicky campaign. Nine for Nicky was set up by my dear friend Oli Monks in aid of his younger 16 year old brother Nicky. He is taking part in 9 challenges over the course of a couple of year to support a charity which is close to his and his brothers heart. His efforts have been inspirational and watching him push himself beyond what you would believe achievable has left me honoured to be part of his efforts. 

So that's just a small part of this big story and every pound you donate to me continues to support this brilliant cause and a great personal challenge. Thank you!
