On Sunday 24th June at 3pm I completed the 1 Mile British Gas Great North Swim in 41:17 to raise money for Marie Curie Cancer Care and help them care for more terminally ill people and their families.

Just £20 provides 1 hour of Marie Curie nursing care, but whatever you can give will help terminally ill people and their families when they need it most.
