We Raising Prostate Health Awareness to Funding PSA Blood Tests for Men

Story

Earlier this year my dad was diagnosed with prostate cancer. I’m beyond thrilled that he has made a full recovery, however the fact that it was caught early and was therefore treatable is because he went for a screening test. Whilst there is no national prostate screening programme on the NHS, a charity called the Graham Fulford Charitable Trust ran an event offering PSA tests in the village where he lives. The Graham Fulford Charitable Trust [GFCT], a charity which supports prostate cancer awareness and early diagnosis through PSA testing. A link to the Charity is

This is why I’m Moving for Movember, to raise awareness of the importance of screening and hopefully some money for an important cause.

About the charity
