After a difficult and emotional year what better than a massive personal challenge to focus on!!  I'll be pushing myself to a level of activity & difficulty not seen for a good few years - help!!

This trek to the summit of in the Atlas mountains is to raise money through sponsorship for the very worthy Air Ambulance - a life saving service relied on for their speed, and funded totally by charitable donation.
