When my Club opened up for school, I begged my mom to let me go, so that I could get out of the house and be with my friends. 2021 has been another challenging year for kids, families and communities. For months, we would go into the Club in the morning, have breakfast with our friends, and then log-on to school. Eating lunch and playing basketball with my friends during the day made things feel a little more normal. Now, were back in regular school, but still going to the Club afterwards. I know my parents still worry about us, but I feel much better knowing that we have the Club and people who care about us, and I think they do too.
